Infinergy Energy PLC: Hangzhou Infinergy complete Meetings with Government Officials of Jilin City,
Jilin Province (PR China)
London, England, July 18, 2012: Hangzhou Infinergy Limited is pleased to
announce official meetings have concluded with government officials in Jilin City, Jilin Province (PR
China) to provide a solution for their Municipal Solid Waste (“MSW”) and Agriculture waste. Infinergy
has proposed the utilization of KDV Fast Catalytic Depolymerization technology that converts Municipal
Solid Waste and Agriculture into diesel fuel.
Jilin City is one of several municipalities that are in
the final stages of negotiating ground breaking long term contracts with us that will solidify Infinergy
as a industry leader for waste management solutions in China. Including Jilin City we have four
contracts in the final stages of discussion that when completed will result in more than $75 million in
annual revenue.
Mr. Jeff Mak, President and CEO comments, “We had very positive discussions with
officials from Jilin City to supply, install and operate a 400,000 ton per year of agriculture waste
processing plant for a total investment in excess of $50 million. The parties have agreed to proceed to
the next level of discussions that we hope will lead to an exciting new project in (PR) China.”
