Destiny Media Announces Asian Distribution Agreement

Destiny Media Announces Asian Distribution Agreement Vancouver, BC – May 3, 2011 – Destiny Media
Technologies (TSXV: DSY) (OTCBB: DSNY) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a distribution
agreement with All Access Today Japan, Inc. (http://www.allaccesstoday.jp), partially owned by Dentsu
(Tokyo: 4324; ISIN: JP3551520004, http://www.dentsu.com/), to represent its Play MPE® and Clipstream®
services in Asia. All Access Today Japan (AATJ) will not only assist in bringing the Play MPE®
service to Japan, but will also be experimenting with using Destiny's watermarking and distribution
technologies to provide higher quality versions of the music for sale directly to their existing music
fan clubs. They will also be representing Destiny's new Clipstream® internet radio service and upcoming
Clipstream® cloud asset management and rich media encoding system. AATJ's business model is to use
the Clique Tools (http://www.cliquetools.com) web content management system to engage fans at official
artist websites and social networking sites where they can access a variety of artist assets, such as
concert tickets, digital downloads, and merchandise from various devices. These properties are used to
introduce a richer user experience for the fan and also customized CRM for each client. Through
their partnership with their shareholder Dentsu, the world's largest single-brand agency, AATJ also
helps find derivative revenues for their clients, such as placements in commercials, bundling with
sponsorships, social games, sales of broadcast rights and product partnerships, such as with Asian
fashion designers. Other artist services include promotion, finding concert sponsors and arranging fan
meetings and tours. They are the exclusive distributor for Mobile Roadie
(http://www.mobileroadie.com) in Japan. This product is a browser based application builder that lets
anyone create their own custom iPhone, Android and Blackberry applications which can include content
like photo galleries, streaming music files, YouTube videos, upcoming event listings, news, Twitter and
RSS feeds, and even interactive features like a "wall" where users can post comments and photos. The app
can also link to any ticketing service such as Ticketmaster and Live Nation ticket sales information and
to the artists's album(s) on iTunes. About Destiny Media Technologies Destiny Media is the
developer of the Play MPE® system (http://www.plaympe.com) which the recording industry uses to securely
distribute new pre-release music through the internet to trusted recipients such as radio, media and
VIP's. Over 400,000 tracks have been delivered to 50,000 registered industry insiders since launch,
representing 240 million deliveries. Real time usage statistics are available at
