Xemplar Intersects U3O8 Mineralization Over 52 Metres at Big Yellow

Canada, February xx, 2010 - Xemplar Energy Corp. (the “Company”) has released chemical assay results for
an additional 27 drill holes from the Company's 2009 drill program at the Big Yellow West zone located
at its 100-per-cent-owned Warmbad uranium project in Southern Namibia.

Officer, states: "Big Yellow West is the most advanced of the uranium zones on the Warmbad project. The
potential of this zone continues to expand with the current assays over good widths, demonstrating the
continuity of uranium mineralization.”
Highlights of the significant chemical assay results are shown
in the following table. All released assay results for the Company’s 2008 & 2009 drill programmes can be

Drilling update

outlined new zones of uranium mineralization and an expanded the known zones.

qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, has approved the technical content of this news
